Flexible Approval & Easy Unit Reservation
We don’t base approvals on credit history. Once approved, you can reserve your new home by paying half or all of your deposit, holding the unit for up to 30 days. This gives you time to comfortably take care of move-in costs and plan your transition at your own pace. Any remaining deposit balance is simply due before move-in—making the process smooth, flexible, and stress-free.
In-House Maintenance Team
Our full-time maintenance crew is available Monday through Saturday to handle repairs quickly and efficiently.
Bilingual Service
Our team proudly serves residents in English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and support every step of the way.
Low Application Fee
Application Fee is only $35 :) Once approved your application is valid for 60 days for any of our properties as long as you qualify financially.
Dog & Cat Friendly
Dogs and cats are welcome with a one-time, non-refundable deposit—$250 for dogs and $150 for cats, with no monthly fees.
